The opening of the Cannes office is seen as a key addition to the Savills network, reinforcing the brand’s presence across the iconic Côte d’Azur and naturally complementing the synergy between the locations of Cap d’Antibes and the ever-popular Riviera countryside settings of Valbonne and Mougins.
Sylvain Boichut, who recently joined Savills from John Taylor, has been appointed as head of office.
The new Saint-Tropez office is the second office in the town and will be headed by Elodie Marchi who has recently re-joined Savills following a stint at Beauchamp Estates.
Alex Balkin, head of Savills French Riviera and French Alps, said, “this is an exciting time for the residential team in France. These two new offices come hot on the heels of the recent opening of Savills offices in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, and Courchevel 1650 and Val d’Isère in the French Alps.
Savills has operated on the French Riviera since 2001 with nine offices in key prime Riviera locations including Nice, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Cap d’Antibes, Cannes Valbonne and Saint-Tropez in addition to a commercial real estate office covering the region. Within France, Savills covers the French Alps, with residential offices in Courchevel, Meribel, Morzine and Annecy, SW France (through an association with Beaux Villages Immobilier) and Paris (through an association with Varenne). The commercial element of Savills France is also headquartered in Paris.
