Across Virgin’s core buy-to-let range landlords can take out a 2-year fixed rate at 1.35% to 75% LTV with a £1,995 fee.
The product is fixed for five years with a rate of 3.19% with a 1.5% fee, while there is a maximum loan size of £750,000. It cannot be used on new builds.
Both mortgages are available at 75% loan-to-value (LTV) with rates at 2.75% when borrowed over two years and 3.10% over five years.
