Investment opportunities – multiple bungalows being auctioned next week



Investors interested in bungalows should check out SDL Property Auctions’ live-streamed property auction on Thursday 24th February.

Properties available include a refurbishment project in Shropshire, where 14 St James Drive in Bridgnorth has a guide price of £110,000.

The two bedroomed semi-detached bungalow is in a cul-de-sac within walking distance of Low Town amenities has recently experienced structural movement and requires full renovation.

A higher priced option is a two bedroomed detached bungalow in East London.

10 Roding Lane North

Sitting on a larger-than-average plot, 10 Roding Lane North in Woodford Green lends itself to being extended or developed or could simply be modernised.

It features a dining kitchen, reception room, two double bedrooms, bathroom, separate shower room and an attached garage. It is offered for sale in partnership with Bairstow Eves and has a guide price of £550,000.

Another bungalow being sold is in Birmingham, with convenient access to Birmingham Airport, the NEC and motorway network making it a particularly attractive investment.

It has a guide price of £325,000.

Parker added: “Crumpsall is an up and coming area which is really popular with landlords due to its proximity to North Manchester General Hospital. If this is purchased for the rental market, the landlord will never be short of tenants.”
