SDL Property Auctions will hold its latest live-stream national property auction this week, with close to 250 lots set to go under the hammer.
The online property sale, which will be held on Thursday 29th July, is expected to attract a wide range of national and international property investors.
Against a background of a national shortage of homes for sale, managing director and auctioneer Andrew Parker insists that the high number of lots shows a growing number of sellers are opting to sell properties under the hammer.
