Scottish properties going under the hammer on Thursday

Investors interested in buying Scottish property should look at Future Property Auctions’ event happening on Thursday.

One option is a tenanted mixed use property in Elgin. With an opening bid of £158,000, this consists of three tenanted flats and one commercial property. It currently generates £12,600 but has potential to give a rental return of £20,000.

Elsewhere, there is a three bedroom flat in Methil, Fife, with a low opening bidding price of £52,000. The home is near Levenmouth Academy and amenities on Methilhaven Road, while it has back and front gardens.

There’s also a one bedroom flat in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire. This starts at £14,000 and can be rented at up to £350 per month.

Outside of Scotland there are two lots offering plots of land, in Bristol and Slough. These both start at £9,000.

In all, there are 303 entries in the auction, so investors are advised to check the catalogue to see if there’s a suitable property for them.

This is a timed auction which happens on Thursday 10th February between 10am and 3pm.
