Weston Homes is offering first-time buyers a 20% discount on new apartments at 1023 West in Brentwood, for those who live or work in the surrounding area.
Prices start from £265,000 after the discount for the 81 one and two bedroom apartments and three-and four-bedroom houses, though the houses have all been sold already.
The 20% discount is part of the Discount Market Sale (DMS) scheme, with Weston Homes working in partnership with Brentwood Borough Council.
To be eligible buyers need to earn less than £90,000 per year, while they cannot own another property in the UK or overseas.
Suzanne Aplin, group sales & marketing director at Weston Homes, said: “The DMS scheme gives people a chance to buy and fully own outright one of our fantastic, all-inclusive private apartments at 1023 West but with a great 20% discount.
“People sometimes think there are a lot of hoops you have to jump through to qualify for DMS, but the process is straight-forward and the scheme is designed to help buyers onto the property ladder and own their own home.
“Our fully inclusive specification means you can just move in and start enjoying the 1023 West lifestyle”.
The area is minutes from the train station, with its improved connections on the Elizabeth Line, and the bustling high street.
The homes come with gardens and landscaped grounds, while the properties all have private outdoor space.
