Buyers looking for commercial property in Scotland can bid on a range of prospects next week at a timed auction from Future Property Auctions.

Lot 71

Lot 71 is a vacant commercial property at Kilbirnie, Scotland, which asks for an opening bid of £375,000.

There’s said to be huge potential to split the property into three commercial units. There is a large warehouse with loading bays and roller shutters, first floor offices, kitchen areas, storage rooms & w/c facilities.

There’s also potential for a high yield, as the property could generate rents of £45,000 per annum according to the auctioneer. Kilbirnie is in North Ayrshire and lies on the main road between Largs (15 mins) and Lochwinnoch (10 mins).

Lot 11

Lot 11 is a tenanted commercial property starting at £153,000 in Fort William which currently hosts a whisky shop, receiving £14,000 per annum.

The tenant is said to be “extremely well established”, as it operates 17 shops across the UK with a turnover in excess of £15 million per year.

Fort William is the largest town in the West Highlands and is a popular tourist destination year round, due to its proximity to Ben Nevis and Glencoe.

Lot 26 is an example of a residential property being auctioned with an opening bid of £46,000, which a two bedroom flat located in Johnstone in Renfrewshire.

In terms of options outside Scotland, one tenanted commercial property is Lot 84, which starts at £35,000 and is comprised of a ground floor with a commercial kitchen, while it has class 3 hot food consent.

It’s located near the high street in Crieff, Perthshire at 8 Church Street.
