A pair of investment opportunities situated in Bolton, Greater Manchester are set to go under the hammer at an upcoming auction next month at Walsall Football Club’s Bescot Stadium on 8th December.

The properties are tenanted two- and three-bedroom homes, while it’s anticipated that there will be interest in both.

The auction is hosted by Loveitts Auction House Coventry and Warwickshire.

The first three-bed semi-detached property, situated at 9 Kingsway in Kearsley, Bolton has an initial guide price of between £100,000 and £120,000, and offers rent of £6,000 per annum.

27 Jubilee Street

Another lot that the auctioneer said could be subject on a fierce bidding war on the day is a mid-terraced leasehold property is at 27 Jubilee Street, with 866 years remaining that is understood to have three bedrooms.

The property also comes with a rent payable of £6,000 per annum.
